We set out from the Riad Misria for some dinner. Destination: Ame & Saveurs.
Thank you Google Maps for walking navigation! Not quite as simple as shown below but definitely a huge help. There are 10x more streets and alleys than displayed on the map. 😊
So many things to see on our trek. Market stores line the streets, selling shoes, clothing, food, groceries, spices, trinkets, jewelry, meats.
After making our way thru the streets, we aproached Jama El f’na Market. The restaurant entrance was rather hidden inside a shop. We found our way with the help of one of the staff, up the steps to the roof top.
Selfie at dinner.
Atlas Mountains from Ame & Saveurs
He's a fan of American Football.
He engaged Annie and CJ in conversation about the Patriots and Tom Brady.

Beautiful shots! Do you plan on exploring the mountains? Are you being well-received (as Americans)? How many ways are there to serve couscous? How much is a Coke (for Lee)? Did you buy a rug yet?
ReplyDeleteOnly you guys would find a way to work Tom Brady into your trip to Africa.
Thanks for commenting. We're heading through the mountains tomorrow. Roads like Peru and Greece, and it snowed yesterday.
ReplyDeleteSo far we're being well received. Mostly by service industry people. We had one minor incident today of someone opposed to a picture. Will post later.
We've had couscous twice so far two times; One time with some raisins in it.
Tonight's couscous was very small/fine grains.
We have only had water and coffee. We will evaluate Coke prices tomorrow. 😁
